Ordering Process

To place an order, add your selected items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate.

Complete the payment process securely through our trusted payment gateways.

Production Time

Each pierce is made to order, therefore your order will be ready to ship 1-2 weeks after your payment has been received.
Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks.

Shipping

We offer free shipping with every order.

All shipments are fully insured.

After shipped, usually the shipping time is between 7-10 business days.

Shipping time to Israel is between 2-3 business days.

Shipping time does not take production time into account.

Please note that the delivery may take a few extra days due to postal delays that out of our control.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisficed with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. we will provide you the information and further instructions.

Customers from Germany: Please not that you cannot return your items due to very difficult customs procedures.

Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning your item.

item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued by original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Custom orders are not fully refundable and you will be charged with a 150 USD handling fee.

Customs & Tax

We do not charge VAT from customers outside of Israel. You will be paying your local VAT at delivery according to the laws of your country of residence.

Customer out of Israel are responsible for arranging payment of any local taxes or duties according to your country of residence.

Packging

Your item arrives inside a jewelry box.

Your order will be shipped inside a padded envelope.
